Bernard Wessels obtained his BA (Humanities) (cum laude), BA (Hons) (Afrikaans and Dutch) (cum laude) and his LLB (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch.He completed his articles of clerkship at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs Inc in 2010 and was admitted as an attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa in Cape Town in 2010.

Beneath this is the author’s name in the same font with 14 point bold type in sentence case. For the dissertation itself, the normal font to be used for text should be Times New Roman in 10 or 11 point.
